We aim to dispatch orders within one working day** of cleared payment (99% of orders are dispatched same/next day) in the unlikely event we are unable to dispatch the item within two days we will inform you via email.

Items bought over the weekend will usually be dispatched on Monday.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt.

We are happy to accept returns for items that are not suitable or if the item is not as described by us. Please note due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on underwear, swimwear and cosmetics. This does not affect your statutory rights.

It is not possible to exchange an item. We advise you to return the item for a refund and reorder.
