Reserva is the signature Caramelised Onion & Rioja Cheddar, crafted with the finest Spanish Rioja, sweet caramelised onions, and creamy Mature Cheddar.

Mini Dark Chocolate Bar, Jamaica 75%

Storage	You must always store the cheese for extended periods time in the fridge. Refrigeration helps maintain the cheeses excellent taste and texture and also helps avoid the cheeses from swelling and the wax splitting.
Vegetarians	Yes, all included cheese is VegSoc Approved (Approved by the Vegetarian Society).
Shelf Life	All Cheese Truckles have a minimum of 3 months shelf life upon delivery, providing plenty of time to enjoy the range.
Freezing	You can freeze the included cheese and it will keep for up to 12 months. Defrost in the fridge for 24-48 hours before enjoying.
Substitutions	Occasionally, it may be necessary to substitute a non-own brand item in your order with an alternative brand. We will ensure that the replacement is of equal or higher quality and weight than the original.
